TW-V Self-propelled Thermoplastic Vibrating Road Marking Machine
Vibrating thermoplastic lines is common used in developed countries, whose baseline usually is 2-3mm and the bulge height is 3-7mm. When vehicles go through vibrating thermoplastic lines, the steering wheel would vibrate slightly and the friction between wheels and lines would make noise to force driving speed reduction or remind tired and distracted drivers to drive within vehicle lanes, thus enhances driving safety. On the other hand, vibrating thermoplastic lines make a better reflective effect on rainy nights than the normal thermoplastic lines and the normal temperature lines. According to fact statistics, the accident rate can decrease by 40% on the maintenance section after the vibrating lines are adopted.
TW-V Self-propelled Thermoplastic Vibrating Road Marking Machine, made up of a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, a mechanical system, and a microcomputer system, can complete the construction of baselines and vibrating lines at one time and mark lines with different bulge length and bulge spacing by controlling the microcomputer.

*The hydraulic stepless transmission device can make the machine walk automatically, which is faster and more effective.
The hydraulic system, pneumatic system and microcomputer system we adopted are all well-known international brands, which make our vibrating marking machine has better function.
*For traditional self–propelled vibrating marking machines, the liquefied petroleum gas tank is too taller than operator that their sight is blocked. Our new model overcame this disadvantage by rearranging the hydraulic system, pneumatic system, mechanical system and the microcomputer system, which make the machine structure more reasonable and user-friendly. The most important thing is that the total weight of the machine is 50KG lighter.
The new designed vibrating marking hopper adopted several kinds of new materials and is more durable than ordinary hopper. The new arrangement of the pneumatic system and mechanical system on the vibrating hopper contribute to fewer breakdowns of the air cylinder and magnetic valve by keeping the air cylinder and magnetic valve far away from heating source.
*New designed microcomputer controller:
Bulge length and bulge spacing of the line can be marked by adjusting the control panel of the microcomputer.
Hardware: Using industrial control level configuration instead of civilian level configuration which can improve the stability of the microcomputer to a higher level.
Software: the new software program contributes to a better performance of the hardware. Besides, it possesses more reasonable settings. For example, when walking backwards, the active plate never move up and down. And the error limit is within 5mm if continue to mark lines base on the original line.
