TW-Y Hydraulic Double-cylinder Thermoplastic Kneader



  Hydraulic double-cylinder thermoplastic kneader is one of the key machines for the construction of thermoplastic marking at present. With hydraulic drive as well as positive and reverse rotation controlled by multi-way reversing valve, the melting speed gets faster. It is mostly used in the construction sites where fast melting is required, such as freeway, state highyway, provincial highway, etc.

Features:

* The mixing blades are about 10mm away from the bottom of cylinder, which reduces the possibility of the thermoplastic material cooked inside. At the same time, it makes the material melt faster next time.

* The design of suspending rack for stove, allows the oter flame to heat the kneader bottom, fully utilize fuel an increase melting efficiency, so the thermoplastic material will be melted faster. On the other hand, it can prevent the potential hazard of the traditional stove which is easy to be burned to carck.

*The diameter of semicircular stamping is 100mm larger than traditional thermoplastic kneader, which broden the heating area by 26%, thus make the material melted faster. The bigger the cylinder diameter, the shorter the cylinder tank, the faster the coating material to be melted.
